VK001 – Micromatic® Standard Response Upright Sprinkler (K2.8)

The Viking Micromatic® Standard Response Upright VK001 Sprinkler is a small, thermosensitive, glass-bulb spray sprinkler available in several different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. The special Polyester coatings can be used in decorative applications where colors are desired. In addition, these coatings have been investigated for installation in corrosive atmospheres and are listed/approved as corrosion resistant as indicated in the Approval Charts. (Note: FM Global has no approval classification for Polyester coatings as corrosion resistant.) Viking standard response sprinklers may be ordered and/or used as open sprinklers (glass bulb and pip cap assembly removed) on deluge systems. Refer to Ordering Instructions.

The Viking Micromatic® Standard Response Pendent VK003 Sprinkler is a small, thermosensitive, glass-bulb spray sprinkler available in several different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. The Viking Microfast® Quick Response Upright Sprinkler VK325 is a small, thermosensitive, glass-bulb spray sprinkler available in several different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. The special Polyester coatings can be used in decorative applications where colors are desired. In addition, these coatings have been investigated for installation in corrosive atmospheres and are listed as corrosion resistant as indicated in the Approval Charts.

VK329 – Microfast® Quick Response Pendent Sprinkler (K2.8)

The Viking Microfast® Quick Response Pendent Sprinkler VK329 is a small thermosensitive glass bulb spray sprinkler available with various finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. The special Polyester and Polytetrafluoroethelyne (PTFE) coatings can be used in decorative applications where colors are desired. In addition, these coatings have been investigated for installation in corrosive atmospheres and are listed/approved as corrosion resistant as indicated in the Approval Charts. (Note: FM Global has no approval classification for PTFE and Polyester coatings as corrosion resistant.)

Blow-Off Plugs for Model E Spray Nozzles

Blow-off plugs are used to prevent the depositing of foreign materials in the waterway of open Viking Model E Spray Nozzles, which could interfere with the discharge of the spray nozzles. Use of the blow-off plugs is optional.
